Education Impact Leadership Program (EILP)

Education Impact Leadership Program (EILP) is a two-year experiential learning opportunity for young professionals with strong academic credentials and rigorous professional experience. EILP gives you a platform to directly work with the state education ecosystem and create an impact in the lives of millions of students, teachers and other stakeholders through wide spread system reform. 


As a part of EILP, Project Consultants will work directly with senior leadership in the state education department and other stakeholders in effective implementation of the National Education Policy (NEP) and other flagship education programs of the center and the state. Project Consultants will gain rich experience and structured learning in areas of policy development, program planning, implementation, monitoring & evaluation in addition to overall professional and leadership development.



In order to be eligible to apply you must have:

  • A Bachelors in any field of study (Masters preferred)
  • Minimum of two years of prior work experience in a high performing professional environment.

Project Consultants shall be entitled to a  consolidated remuneration of INR 11 LPA in the first year and 12 LPA in the second year.

Where will you be based?

You will be based out of the state capital in any of our six to eight project states as part of the State Program team.

Induction and Training

Continuous professional development including one week residential program conducted by Ashoka University and Central Square Foundation.

Application process and timeline

  • Applications for the 2021 – 2023 intake will open on January 15, 2021

  • Last date for submission of your application: February 28, 2021

  • If shortlisted, you will be invited for a virtual interview in the 2nd week of March

  • Shortlisted candidates will further progress to a panel interview round to be held in the 4th week of March

  • Final Shortlist will be released in the first week of April
